More than 30 years of craftsmanship
Since 1996, Koetsenbouw de Laat has grown out of Peter de Laat’s passion for building carriages. What started as a dedicated craft has developed into a family business where craftsmanship, quality, and reliability are at the core.
In 2024, the next generation joined the company with the arrival of Jake de Laat. This ensures that our craftsmanship continues with fresh energy and new ideas, without compromising the quality we stand for. As a family business, we continue to build durable carriages and provide reliable service for our customers.
Composition of your carriage
Every carriage is fully built in our own workshop according to a carefully prepared list of options with fixed configurations and choices. From our range, we create a unique carriage for every customer.
Visitors are warmly welcome in our spacious showroom, where we take the time to discuss requirements, explain our carriages, and provide tailored advice. Over a cup of coffee, we explore the most suitable configuration and available options together.
Maintenance and parts
In addition to building carriages, we also provide maintenance and repairs for our own carriages. This ensures that every carriage remains in optimal condition.
For our carriages, we keep a full range of parts in stock, allowing maintenance and service to be carried out quickly and efficiently. During service work, you are welcome to wait in our showroom.
For customers travelling from further away, there is also the option to stay overnight in our guesthouse Het Koetshuis.
